NEGOTIATING FOR LIFE AND BUSINESS

Mastermind Communications organizes the second International Seminar of the series HOW TO BE PERSUASIVE IN BUSINESS, titled NEGOTIATING FOR LIFE AND BUSINESS on May 16th 2012 in Bucharest. Guests are former FBI special agents Gary Noesner and Joe Navarro.

Making for a real premiere in Romania, the seminar will provide insghtson the two most important aspects of business negotiation: verbal techniques and non-verbal art of persuasion. The two specialist, retired after having spent more than 25 years with the FBI each, will share with the Romanian audience the techniques used in negotiation and investigation processes by the special agents of the Bureau in most complicated and dangerous situations which involve hostage taking, fighting terrorism and counterintelligence.

The event will surely be the most important learning opportunity for negotiation and profiling techniques for reading body-language and intentions of partners, in an interactive and entertaining manner.

 

 

Gary Noesner retired from the FBI in 2003 following a 30 year career as an investigator, instructor, and negotiator. A significant focus of

his career was directed toward investigating Middle East hijackings in which American citizens were victimized. Following his retirement from the FBI

he became a Senior Vice President with Control Risks, an international risk consultancy, assisting clients in managing overseas kidnap incidents

involving their employees. He continues to do kidnap management consulting work for Control Risks part-time. He has appeared in numerous

television documentaries about hostage negotiation, terrorism, and kidnapping produced by the History Channel, TLC, A&E, CNN, CBS, BBC, and others

Joe Navarro’s retired after a 25-years experience with the FBI. Eversince he has worked with highly profiled clients like JP Morgan Asset

Management, Prudential Insurance, Wayne State University of Medicine and other law firms in the United States. Today Joe is

recognized as one of the world’s foremost authorities on reading non-verbal communications and he is regularly interviewed on

programs such as NBC’s Today Show, Fox News, ABC’s Good Morning America, CBS’ Early  Show, and for publications such as The

Washington Post and Psychology Today.
